I have summarized the current status of what we are planning to do previously.
- Watch TED Talks
→I am focusing on one speech. “How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals | Stephen Duneier” - Create a self-introduction
→I am writing this as a travel genre. However, it is not created from scratch, and only a portion of the text has been revised - Find Japanese-operated YouTube channels (explained in Japanese) to learn grammar and usage
→I find a good channel and watch it often. “English pronunciation specialist Doctor D English @dr.d” - Watch videos of foreigners traveling – Know everyday vocabulary
→I don’t see this much anymore
The specific things I wanted to do were as follows.
- Be able to introduce myself in English
→Same as 2. above - Be able to debate or give presentations in English
→Same as 2. above. However, debate seems to be in the distant future
I tried the above and now I’m doing the following.
- Implemented English vocabulary book “DUO 3.0 | Yoichi Suzuki”
→Can you understand sentences rather than memorize words? This is being carried out from the perspective of - Creating English reviews and testimonials
→The intention is to be able to write sentences for English. Originally I would like to make it from scratch, but that is difficult. - I started reading the English book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”
→I decided to learn the flow and expressions of English. I try not to look up every word. - Overlapping TEDx “How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals | Stephen Duneier”
→In order to improve my listening and speaking skills, I am trying to get used to my pronunciation and conversation speed.
What I think as I write the above is that learning has become passive.
My goal is to acquire the ability to deal with sound (listening, speaking), but I have not studied much about sound.
First of all, I’m going to try making it visually, but I’d like to listen to the sounds and talk a little more.
