I had a problem with an Amazon delivery yesterday.

The item I ordered didn’t arrive, and I wasn’t sure where it had gone.

There was no delivery notice in my postbox.

I only received a delivery confirmation by email, so I couldn’t figure out where the package had actually been delivered.

After realizing the issue, I contacted customer support through the Amazon app.

They responded quickly and handled my request very well.

The next day — which is today — I received a replacement item.

I still don’t know what happened to the original package, but at least the issue has been resolved.
